Community Policy

Effective: August 30, 2026

This page sets out the specifics of the content publication rules referred to in Article 15(3) of the Terms of Service ("publication according to subscription type").

1. What gets published

3D models created on the Free plan are licensed under CC BY 4.0 and are published to the PicoBerry Explore gallery with creator attribution.

Publication is limited to assets that meet all of the following:

  • A 3D model you generated (text-to-3D or image-to-3D)
  • A public license such as CC BY 4.0
  • Has both a thumbnail and a model file
  • Has a name

Not published: 2D image generations · files you uploaded · derived work (remesh, texture, rigging, UV) · 18+ content · content under a private license

2. By plan

  • Free — the license is fixed to CC BY 4.0 and the asset is published to the gallery.
  • Paid — choose CC BY 4.0, CC BY-NC 4.0 or Private. Private assets are not published to the gallery.

You can see the license on the generation screen under "License".

3. What CC BY 4.0 means

Anyone may download, use, modify and redistribute the model — including commercially — as long as they credit you. Copyright stays with you (Terms, Article 15(1)).

4. Removing an asset

You can remove any asset at any time. Open the asset's generation info in the workspace and press "Hide from gallery" — it comes down immediately. This is available on the Free plan too.To put it back, press "Show in gallery" in the same place.

Deleting an asset also removes it from the gallery.

5. When we take content down

We may hide or delete content from the gallery on the grounds listed in Article 15(5) of the Terms (violation of law, infringement of others' rights, content contrary to public order and morals, and so on). Reports are submitted through the report function on each asset's detail page.

6. Featured placement

The "Featured" tab in Explore is a list we curate. Being featured is not a judgement of quality, and assets that are not featured still appear in "New".

7. Scope

This policy applies to content created before the effective date as well as after it. If you would rather not have an asset published, you can remove it at any time using the steps in section 4.
