PicoBerry API

Call PicoBerry's image and 3D generation, remesh, texture, UV, and rigging from your own code. Covers creating API keys, who can use the API, key pausing and resuming, and the developer docs.

The PicoBerry API lets you call what you do in the workspace — text to image, text and image to 3D, parts breakdown, remesh, texture, UV unwrap, rigging and animation, and downloads — straight from your code to automate it. To use PicoBerry inside an AI assistant (Claude, Cursor, and others), see MCP.

Who can use it

The API is available to accounts that have made at least one payment (a plan subscription or a credit pack), accounts with an active paid subscription, and MAX team members. If your account doesn't qualify, trying to create a key shows a paid-plan notice.

Generating through the API spends credits exactly as the web app does, and downloads through the API count toward your monthly download limit.

Create an API key

  1. Open the API Keys tab of your dashboard (picoberry.ai/dashboard/api-keys).
  2. Give the key a name (optional, e.g. "game pipeline") and press Create key.
  3. Your new key (pb_live_…) is shown only once. Copy it somewhere safe right away, then press I've saved it — dismiss. Once it's dismissed, you can't see it again.

Send the key in the Authorization: Bearer <key> header with each request. You can have up to 20 active keys per account, and the list shows each key's name, prefix, creation date, and when it was last used.

Paused keys and resuming

If one key spends more than 20,000 credits in a single day (Korea Standard Time), it's paused automatically to protect you from unexpected charges, and we email you.

  • A paused key shows a Paused badge. While paused, only reading and downloading results works; new generation requests are refused.
  • If you recognize the usage, press Resume to keep going with the same key right away. Resuming allows one more day's worth of the limit that day; going over it again pauses the key again.
  • If you don't recognize the usage, don't resume — revoke the key and create a new one.

Developer docs

Request and response details for every endpoint, authentication, async job handling, error codes, and copy-paste examples in curl, Python, and JavaScript live in the developer docs at api.picoberry.ai/docs. They cover everything from the Quickstart through image and 3D generation, parts breakdown, remesh, texture, animation, downloads, and listing assets, collections, and credits.
